Christmas = Busy

Finally, I have found sometime to blog about Christmas!  I love Christmas time, but each year I think it keeps getting busier and busier!!!

The Christmas Festivities started off at Grandma Dolores house for a breakfast brunch and mimosas on Saturday 12/22/2012! It was sooo yummy.

A Christmas Eve baby is planned....we will see if that happened on a later post!!!

I love this hat Gma Dolores got Hoyt!! He looks adorable!!!

Holub Christmas was on Sunday 12/23/2013.  This is the immediate family Christmas!!!  This used to be the Christmas that was the most relaxing.  We always had appetizers and drinks....well we still have that...however it is not so relaxing with 4 Toddlers (the Triplets and Hoyt).  It is very entertaining and busy to say the least!!!

The balloons were a BIG hit....literally...by all the toddlers.  Hoyt had gotten these balloons from Becky for Christmas...great gift...he loved it.  He just didn't want any of the triplets playing with them.  CJ accidentally fell on the balloon and popped it and Holy Cow...Hoyt almost came unglued and tried to stiff arm him....He said, "Ben, that's mine, Ben!"  I guess Ben was easier to say than CJ.  After a couple other incidents, the balloons got put away the remainder of the night!
Not sure why this is going side ways...but it was a cute picture so I had to share.

Christmas Eve, Brianna and Clint came over and we had a nice steak dinner and opened some gifts.  It was very cozy, fun, and relaxing!!!

Hoyt started to eat Santa's cookies!!!  LOL We had to replenish Santa's plate!

Christmas Morning

The kids had a great time opening their presents from Santa and Mom and Dad.  These are the best years when they are young and everything is so fun and surprising!!! I love it.  I wish we could bottle up their excitement!  Kali's favorite gift was probably her American Girl Doll (knock off from Target) and Hoyt's was his basketball hoop!

The last holiday festivity was Christmas afternoon at Aunt Vicki and Uncle Fred's house.  We had a wonderful meal and great family time.

Hoyt showing his muscles!!! Scary Right!!!

Visiting Santa

The Lions Club puts on a holiday celebration at the school.  There are activities, cookie decorating, games, and seeing Santa.  Hoyt has cried each year when seeing Santa or the Easter Bunny and I didn't think this year would be any different.  However, when we were waiting in line, Hoyt kept saying that he was going to punch Santa in the nose.....we have Uncle Brian to thank for that!  The night before when we were at Kali's Dance performance Brian kept telling Hoyt that he was going to punch Stormin Normin in the nose!  So....Hoyt crying....or Hoyt punching Santa in the nose...I think I prefer Hoyt crying.

Drum Roll.......................................

Kali was first and sat on Santa's lap and asked Santa for a Monster High Doll House.

Hoyt didn't cry....and he didn't punch Santa in the nose!!! Boy, was Mommy and Gma happy!!! He was a perfect little gentleman!!! ;)

We all had a nice afternoon getting into the Holiday spirit!!

Catching Up - Thanksgiving and Kali's Dance

Well, the last couple of months have been some what of a blur. Between Thanksgiving, Kali's dance performances, shopping for Christmas, preparing Christmas gifts, Christmas festivities, going to cousin's sporting events, kids swimming lessons and so on....I haven't made much time to blog. Blogging is always on my to do list, but sometime it gets bumped to the bottom.

Here are some pictures from the Holub Thanksgiving.

Below are some pictures of Kali performing with her CPU Xplosion Dance Team.  Kali's group is all Kindergarteners.  She has really enjoyed herself.  She has Dance class every Monday night for 45 minutes.  A lot of her classmates are on the team.  So far Kali has had 3 performances.  Her favorite performance was on Friday Novemeber 30th because she had so many fans supporting her.  She said she was nervous but excited to perform in front of everyone!
When Kai is performing she has so much flare and spunk!!!  She is definitely made to entertain!!
Kali's Fans!!!  Thanks to all of Kali's family for attending!  I KNOW Kali had the most fans there!!!  It means so much to us that everyone came to see her!!! Thank you!!!
