The kids did very well and had a really great time. Hoyt constantly wanted to cast and reel in....I guess he learned that from his momma because that is how I like to fish as well....however, the ponds had a lot of algae and Daddy was afraid that Hoyt's line would continue to get snagged...so there was a little disagreement between Dad and Hoyt...I'm sure it will be the first of many in all of their outdoor activities!!
It was a beautiful day fishing with the kiddos. I thought the bugs would be terrible...but they weren't at all and we were very surprised since they have been awful this year!
Kali's first fish of the day!!! She loves to touch them...it doesn't bother her at all!!!
This was Hoyt's first catch of the day...he was a little apprehensive to put his fingers in its mouth!
This bass was the fish we ended on....and Hoyt reeled it in.....and then let it go!!!!
